Attendees: Junior High & High School Students (12 to 18 years of age - graduating 2014 high school seniors permitted)
Time: July 14-18th, Monday through Friday
Place: Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL.

Transportation: every youth group will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the airport (We will be posting shuttle/transportation services on our website to assist you in arranging your own transportation).
Housing: We will be housing all registrants on campus and do not anticipate having to house anyone off campus, unless absolutely necessary.

GENERAL
Why Wheaton College?
Wheaton College meets the demands of the Alliance Youth of the Hmong District. It provides sufficient space in a Christian environment to host a conference of our size. http://www.wheatonconference.com/
When should we arrive for HLUB?
12pm-5pm Registration @ Todd M. Beamer Center via Group Leader
What will I need to bring to HLUB?
A Christ-like attitude, a Bible, clothes, and a signed parental release form.
What airport should I fly into?
There are two airports you can fly into: Chicago O'Hare (ORD) and Chicago Midway (MDW).
How will rooms be assigned at HLUB?
Room assignments will be based upon the group you've registered with.
Is there an ATM on campus?
There is one located in the lower level of the Todd M. Beamer Student Center.
Lost your room key?
$25 - Lost key card // $15 - Lost key // $10 - Lost FOB
DRESS CODE
What is the Dress code?
Dress appropriately - casual to business casual
OTHER INFORMATION
Wheaton College is a tobacco free, drug-free and alcohol free campus. Anyone who is in violation of these terms will be subjected to Wheaton College policy.
Attendees may not bring cooking appliances into dormitories.
Attendees may not bring large quantities of food into the Todd M. Beamer Student Center.
Announcements will be streaming throughout campus.
Badges must be worn on at ALL times.
Is there WIFI on campus?
Yes. WIFI name is WC-Guest. THERE IS NO PASSWORD REQUIRED.
Will I be allowed to use the campus computer labs?
Yes. Just trade in your key card at the lobby help desk.
Is there food or beverages allowed on campus?
Yes. Outside food and beverages will be allowed at the the quad, picnic areas, dorms, and student lounges EXCEPT in or near the Todd M. Beamer Student Center. NO EXCEPTIONS
Will I be allowed to use the kitchen?
Fridge and microwaves are open to be used, but the stove is OFF LIMITS.
