Time: July 15-19, 2019 (Sunday-Thursday)

Place: Wheaton College, Wheaton, IL.

Transportation: If traveling by air, you will be responsible for your own transportation to and from the airport.

Housing: Registrants will be housed on campus.

Regular Registration:
$360 (DEADLINE 6/9/18)

$400 (Includes all registration types excluding chaperones)

Must be 21 years and older. Each group must have at least 1 chaperone with ratio of 1 chaperone per 10 gender specific students.

Why Wheaton College?

Wheaton College meets the demands of the Alliance Youth of the Hmong District. It provides sufficient space in a Christian environment to host a conference of our size.

Is there an ATM on campus?

There is one located in the lower level of the Todd M. Beamer Student Center.

Lost your room key?

$25 - Lost key card // $15 - Lost key

What is the Dress code?

Dress appropriately - casual to business casual

Workshops //

Attendees will get to choose and go to a workshop of their own choosing pending room capacity.


Where can I park?


Do I need a parking permit?

One will be assigned at registration.

Will the conference provide a shuttle to and from the airport to the conference?

NO, the conference will NOT be providing ANY transportation to and from the conference.

What if you arrive a few days early to the conference or will be leaving a few days after the conclusion of the conference?

Individuals will be responsible for finding their own room and board, along with transportation.

Wheaton College

Wheaton College is a tobacco free, drug-free and alcohol free campus. Anyone who is in violation of these terms will be subjected to Wheaton College policy.

Is there WIFI on campus?

WIFI name is WC-Guest. There is no password, but you will be prompted to provide some personal information before receiving WIFI access.

Will I be allowed to use the campus computer labs?

Yes. Just trade in your key card at the lobby help desk.

Is there food or beverages allowed on campus?

Yes. Outside food and beverages will be allowed at the the quad, picnic areas, dorms, and student lounges except in or near the Todd M. Beamer Student Center. NO EXCEPTIONS Attendees may not bring cooking appliances into dormitories.

Will I be allowed to use the kitchen?

Fridge and microwaves are open to be used, but the stove is off limits.

What happens if I do not have a web enabled device to see announcements?

There will be several monitors located in the chapel, during announcements, and at the Todd M. Beamer Student Center. You can also use the campus computers.
